Terms
What the service does, and what it does not.
Written to be read. Where a fact is still missing, it says so rather than filling the space.
01
What you are buying
Access to software that places and cancels limit orders on your own exchange account, using API keys you provide. You are not buying asset management, investment advice, or a share of trading results.
02
Your funds stay yours
The service requires trade-only API keys. Such keys cannot withdraw funds, and the service never requests withdrawal permission. Your assets remain on your exchange account under your control at all times.
03
No promise of profit
Market making earns the spread when both sides of your quotes are filled, and loses when the price moves away from your inventory. Loss is a normal outcome of the activity, not a defect of the service. Nothing on this site is a forecast or a guarantee of return.
04
Who decides, who answers
You choose the pair, the parameters and the limits. The service executes them. Trading outcomes, exchange fees and tax consequences are yours.
05
How your keys are stored
API keys are encrypted before they are written down. The key that decrypts them is held outside the database, so a copy of the database alone does not reveal them. Keys are decrypted in memory only at the moment they are used.
06
When things break
If the trading process stops responding, a separate watchdog cancels your open orders. We do not promise uninterrupted operation: exchanges, networks and payment providers fail, and so can we.
07
Payment
Plans are prepaid in cryptocurrency. There is no automatic charge and no stored payment method. When a paid period ends, bots stop and your configuration is kept for a grace period before removal.
08
Ending the arrangement
You may stop at any time by stopping your bots and removing your keys. We may stop serving an account that uses the service for market manipulation, money laundering, or from a sanctioned jurisdiction.
Still to be completed before launch
- Legal entity, jurisdiction and registration details
- Limitation of liability and refund conditions
- Governing law and dispute resolution
These require a lawyer, and inventing them here would be worse than leaving them open.
