Privacy
What we collect, and why each item is there.
Every line below corresponds to something the system actually stores. A policy that promises more than the system does is untrue in the other direction.
Your email address
To send invoices and alerts about your bots. Alerts about a stopped bot are transactional and are not subject to marketing unsubscribes.
Exchange API keys
To place and cancel your orders. Stored encrypted, with the decryption key held outside the database. Trade-only: they cannot move funds.
Your orders, fills and positions
To compute your PnL and to reconstruct what happened during an incident. This is the record that lets a dispute be settled by evidence rather than memory.
Payment records
Invoice identifiers, amounts and status. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
Actions taken on your account
Who changed what and when, including changes we make on your behalf. Kept so that you can ask, not only us.
Third parties who see part of this: the payment provider processing your invoice, and the email provider delivering your alerts. Your exchange sees your orders, because they are your orders.
We do not sell data, and we do not use your trading activity for anything other than running and explaining your own bots.
